Stock Signals is an information and research tool. Buy, hold and sell verdicts, backtests and AI explanations are automated outputs of technical rules applied to historical prices. They are not investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security, and they take no account of your objectives, tax position or circumstances.

Past performance and backtested results do not predict future returns. Backtests are hypothetical, exclude fees, spreads, slippage and taxes, and would not have produced the same result in live trading. Investing puts your capital at risk; you may get back less than you invest. Consider speaking to a regulated financial adviser before trading.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. The app is usable without an account; signing in is optional and enables cloud sync of your watchlists and alert history.

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You may delete your account at any time.

Core features are currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid subscription plans; if we do, the terms in this section apply to them and the price, billing period and included features will be shown to you before you subscribe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.
• Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Where consumer law gives you a cancellation right, it is unaffected.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
• We may change prices or plan contents with reasonable advance notice, effective from your next billing period. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
• Free features may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time.

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download, cache, resell, redistribute or republish market data, signals or other content from the app;
• use bots, crawlers or automated scripts against the app, or place excessive load on it;
• reverse engineer, decompile, copy or create derivative works from the app's code or design, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• share, resell or sublicense your account or any paid access;
• present the app's output as your own regulated advice, or use it to mislead or manipulate other investors;
• break any applicable law or market rule, including insider dealing and market abuse rules;
• interfere with, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or its backend.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these rules.

Prices and company information come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Feeds can fail or change without notice. That data remains the property of its providers and licensors, and your use of it is limited to personal, non-commercial viewing inside the app. Details are on the Licenses & attribution page.

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free signals, or that alerts will always be delivered on time or at all. Do not rely on the app as your only source for a trading decision.

The app's design, interface, branding, signal logic and code belong to the app owner and are protected by copyright. Open-source components remain under their own licenses. You get a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app; nothing here transfers ownership to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on its output. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use means acceptance. For questions about these terms, contact the app owner through the contact details published with the app.
